QuizCall Fair Entry Policy

The QuizCall FEP applies to all eligible entrants to the Competition.

It is in place to ensure that Ostrich Media can continue to provide an acceptable standard of service in terms of its ability to accept entries and to ensure fairness to the vast majority of entrants to the Competition.

Ostrich Media will continually measure the number of entries received from individual telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and/or IP addresses and will take such action as it thinks necessary against entrants who it believes may be employing automated entry software or other technical or non-technical devices to submit more entries than could ordinarily be submitted by a single entrant manually submitting entries through any entry route.

All entrants will be monitored on a continuous basis. Only entrants that consistently submit exceptionally large amounts of entries will be affected by the QuizCall FEP. Any entrants who are affected will be notified if their entries are exceeding the QuizCall FEP. Should an entrant's number of entries return to acceptable levels, no further action will be necessary. If an entrant's number of entries continues to exceed the QuizCall FEP they may be excluded from entering further Competitions. Any entrants who are so excluded will be notified prior to such exclusion commencing.
